The Mafactor, an innovative 3D printing company, needed a visual identity that transcended the clichés of the industry. It was necessary to create a brand that communicated its technical precision and professionalism, while distancing itself from the obvious representations of the market, such as 3D printers or cubic structures. The biggest challenge was to visually translate the complexity of a company that combines scientific rigor with constant innovation.

In the universe of 3D printing, where most brands resort to literal symbols, we decided to dive deeper - to the molecular level. Our inspiration came from the very essence of Mafactor's work: polymers.


We developed a symbol that arises from the sophisticated abstraction of the polymeric structure, telling two stories simultaneously: the technical basis of the work and the lasting connections with clients. The central 'M' of the identity has been transformed to reflect the dynamic nature of additive manufacturing, where each project is a new possibility for customization.


The duality of the brand is expressed in the dialogue between curves and straight lines - the straight lines represent methodological rigor and industrial precision, while the organic curves translate the flexibility needed for customized solutions.


As a result, we created an identity that, just like Mafactor itself, transcends the obvious. A brand that communicates precision and technology through a sophisticated and contemporary visual language, proving that even in the technical world of 3D printing, there is room for visual innovation.
