What if the problem isn't sugar, but how your body responds to it?
Sugar Studies is a project created by a health enthusiast who conducts self-experiments to understand how the human body metabolizes carbohydrates and to prevent or reverse insulin resistance and diabetes.
With transparency, scientific rigor, and a touch of lifestyle, the brand aims to become a trusted voice in the conversation about insulin resistance and metabolic health, utilizing platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
The visual identity emerges from the fusion of science and humanity. Inspired by blood tests, glucose tracking, and human anatomy, the symbol represents the two pillars of the project: the individual and the blood sugar test — translated into drops of blood in a fluid and harmonious composition. Typography and palette reinforce this balance by combining modernity, softness, and clarity, creating a coherent, light, and functional visual system for the digital environment.
